Since March, to protect ourselves and our patients, the surgery building has had to remain closed and we have had to limit visitors to a minimum.

We are still open – and working hard to make sure everyone receives the medical care they need.

We have had to make big changes to the way we work but we still aim to provide you with accessible, approachable doctors and the best care we can offer.

Every contact with our doctors needs to be on the phone first.

On most occasions we will be able to deal with your problems on the phone – perhaps with the benefit of photos or live video.

If the doctor needs to see you face to face then we will arrange this with you.

If you ring before 10:00am on a working day then (unless things become even busier) we GUARANTEE to SPEAK to YOU the SAME DAY.

If you need medical advice, ring the surgery and our receptionists will advise you of when you are likely to receive a call back.

If you think your need is urgent, please make this clear when you call.

If you have no phone, or no credit, and no one to help you out, please ring the surgery doorbell and one of our staff will be able to help.
